Shipping policy

We offer free, global shipping on all products. We dispatch orders internationally within within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are normally delivered within 10-25 business days.

 

Due to the current situation, international shipping may be affected by delays and further restrictions as international governments introduced drastic measures. We would hereby like to provide you with updates about delivery delays due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). 

Please note that delivery delays to other countries may occur. In some countries deliveries will be made contactless.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Please allow 48 hours for the delivery information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at grandmonde.life@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
